As a fashion and wellness enthusiast, Sonia stays ahead of the curve on what's hot and healthy, bringing both commercial success and fresh ideas to your brand.

With 11 years of buying experience, including 7 in beauty, Bethany has built strong global relationships within the luxury market. She combines her creative vision with a keen commercial sense, always striving to improve the world around her, particularly through sustainable sourcing practices.

Accounts & Project Manager

Katie brings a wealth of cosmetics and accessories expertise to Curated Sourcing. She managed Amelia Knight's showroom, developed in-house cosmetic lines, and designed products and packaging for major UK retailers like Primark and Superdrug. Now, Katie serves as the bridge between client visions and project execution. As Accounts & Projects Team Manager, she leverages her expertise to guide the team in bringing these visions to life.

Originally from Australia, Andrea brings a decade of experience in beauty therapy and five years of logistics expertise to Curated Sourcing. She thrives on streamlining operations and optimising the supply chain. When she's not working, you might find her enjoying nature walks with her dog, Bruno, or unwinding with cosy games like Animal Crossing and the Sims.

Sarah, a U.S. Native, brings a deep passion for global sourcing and development of branded merchandise and packaging to the Curated Sourcing team. With six years of experience working in New York City’s dynamic luxury brand sector, Sarah has collaborated closely with high-profile clients to bring innovative designs to life. Her love for trends and product development drives her to stay ahead of the curve, ensuring each project not only meets but exceeds expectations. Her goal is to continue pushing the boundaries while delivering exceptional results and memorable collaboration experiences. Beyond her professional life, Sarah enjoys pilates, painting and going on walks with her golden retriever, Winston.

Executive Assistant to Founders

Rachel brings her organisational skills and fashion expertise to Curated Sourcing, streamlining daily operations and keeping things running efficiently. Before joining the team, Rachel honed her skills as a menswear buyer and subsequently launched her own virtual assistant business. In her downtime, Rachel enjoys curling up with a good – or maybe not-so-good – shark movie; she's seen them all!

Finance Director

Shalini, a seasoned ACA chartered accountant (since 2005!), brings her dynamic financial expertise to Curated Sourcing. With experience across media, PR, luxury retail, and legal (including Big Four and Magic Circle law firms), she steers the company's financial strategy during this exciting growth period.

HR Manager

A law graduate with CIPD and APM certifications, Anne brings over 20 years of HR expertise to Curated Sourcing. Project management, continuous improvement and implementing global strategies are Anne's specialities. Having led teams of up to 17, she's a pro at juggling strategic and day-to-day HR tasks. In her downtime (which is limited with three kids!), she enjoys the gym, embroidery, and recently started life drawing classes.

Joy is our creative powerhouse! She's a master of rendering, illustration, graphic design, and crafting mock-ups for all project stages. Her collaborative spirit ensures seamless integration with both account management and project management teams, resulting in designs that not only meet client expectations but also spark their creative vision.
